Public procurement

The Hronovce Detention Institute is within the meaning of Section 7(1)(d) of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amendment and supplementation of certain acts, is a public contracting authority and is obliged to proceed according to this Act when awarding contracts for the supply of goods, execution of construction works and provision of services.
